Refund/replacement Policy

Here at sector 7 we believe every customer is entitled to getting a full replacement of any product purchased if one of the following criteria is met:

- The product purchased is out of date on arrival.

-The product purchased is faulty. This may include pierced or leaking tub. Photo evidence of this would be required within 48 hours of receiving product.

-Other circumstances may make you eligible for a full refund or replacement but would require an examination of your specific case in accordance with Australian consumer law.

Please note that some powdered products attract moisture due to some of the ingredients and in some cases can begin to clump, this does not mean it is expired or faulty product.

1.Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Prior to the return we will ask for photo and potentially video evidence.

2.Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning any item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf or a defective product.Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

3.Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service email sector7help@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your product. They will guide you through the process and provide you with necessary instructions.

4.Refund options:

If a refund is applicable we offer refunds in the form of store credit or a refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference and the circumstances of the return.

5.Timeframe:

Please make sure to initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the item

6.Exceptions:

some items may not be eligible for a return/refund due to hygiene reasons, personalised/customised items, or specific product categories. Please contact our support team for more information.

7.Communication:

We strive to provide clear communication throughout the return/refund process. We will keep you informed via email or phone regarding the status of your return and refund.
